• Prepare, file, or submit tax returns or declarations to AFIP or any other authority
• Provide fiscal, tax, legal, or financial advice of any kind
• Represent clients before AFIP or any governmental body
• Access clients' AFIP accounts or portals on their behalf
• Make any determination regarding a client's tax obligations or fiscal status

Any information included in our documentation folders (such as billing totals or category comparisons) is provided as organizational context only and does not constitute advice. Clients must consult a qualified Contador Público Nacional for all fiscal decisions.

2. Use of the Website

3. Service Engagement

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate documents. Relmadi organizes the documents as provided and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the underlying documents supplied by the client.

4. Delivery and Formats

Documentation folders are delivered in the format agreed upon at the time of engagement (digital PDF, physical binder, or both). Digital delivery is made by email or shared folder link. Physical delivery is available within CABA and is subject to the delivery timeline communicated at the time of engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing all requested documents in a timely manner
• Ensuring that documents provided are authentic and correspond to the period being organized
• Consulting a qualified accountant for all fiscal decisions, recategorization filings, and AFIP interactions
• Maintaining their own copies of all documents provided to Relmadi

6. Intellectual Property

All content on relmadi.com — including text, design, graphics, and the Relmadi name and logo — is the property of Relmadi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Relmadi's liability in connection with any service engagement is limited to the fee paid for that specific engagement.
